The people at the replacement window and bath center were great to work with. The salesman was on time, answered all our questions, and helped us find a cost effective product that was thousands less than their competition. The installers were professional, on time, and did an excellent installation and clean up. Brooke in the office was very helpful and kept us informed. In all, a very good experience.Mike Baxter

I would give Replacement Windows a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. The sales rep arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He was very knowledgeable about their windows and answered all of my questions. Windows were ordered and when they came in, a date was set for installation. Workers arrived that morning and immediately went to work. They were very professional, efficient, and left no mess. The windows look great and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Replacement Windows to anyone needing windows.

They were very accommodating, willing to get us taken care of and informed every step of the way. The installers were very respectful of us, and our house and property, worked hard, and clean. I could not ask for a better company, and glad we picked them to replace our old windows. I would 100% recommend them to ANYONE! From the customer service, to Larry, our service rep, to the installers, we felt important from day one!

The seller and installers were very informational. The seller went over everything with us and showed us the type of windows we wanted and how they worked. The installers were very professional and polite and always on time the days they worked. We love our windows and the patio door they installed. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs replacement windows or doors.

The REPLACEMENT WINDOW CENTER in Asheville, NC did an excellent job in replacing two older windows in my office. They came out to my office, measured for the proper size, ordered the needed windows, and made an appointment time for the installation.The installation crew was right on time, and they were very professional. They obviously had a great deal of experience, as they finished the job, to my complete satisfaction, in about 4 hours. The job-site was very clean when they left.All in all, I highly recommend this company for a professional window replacement.
